The Aston Martin Formula 1 Team's ambition has created opportunities for high-achieving Senior Aerodynamicists to join our team.

Successful candidates will have both an established and successful track record in F1 aerodynamic development.

Working as part of a team, you will contribute to delivering innovative projects that yield on-track results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, design and manage complex aerodynamic development projects through all lifecycle stages

• Use state-of-the-art wind tunnel, CFD and CAD methodologies to design and evaluate new concepts

• Apply understanding learnt from critical analysis of results to generate innovative design solutions and also help guide the advancement of our tools and processes

• Help foster a positive, supportive and self-effacing culture so we can work constructively and openly with each other to turn ideas into reality within challenging deadlines

• Train, develop and mentor Aerodynamicists in your team
